Clifton D. Jacobs is Vice President & General Manager, Oil & Gas System, with responsibility for managing and expanding the organization's growing portfolio of advanced technologies for the oil and gas processing market. Previously, Mr. Jacobs was Curtiss-Wright Flow Control's Vice President of Operational Excellence.

Mr. Jacobs has close to 25 years of experience. He began his career in 1984 as an applications engineer in Hamilton Sundstrand's Aerospace Marketing group, based in Rockford, IL, where he progressed through positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of engineering and marketing positions. In 1996, he became Manager of New Business and Advanced Technology for Sundstrand Aerospace Mechanical Systems. Two years later he was named Director of Business Development for Sundstrand Aerospace Mechanical Systems.

From 1999 to 2001, he served as General Manager of the Domestic Commercial Enterprise of Hamilton Sundstrand Electric Systems based in Rockford, IL, where he led the electric power generation business serving Boeing Commercial Aircraft Company. Most recently, he was Vice President and General Manager of Hamilton Sundstrand Electric Systems, where he was responsible for leading the aviation electric power business supplying all major commercial and military Original Equipment Manufacturers.

Mr. Jacobs holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1979 to 1984, where he completed the Navy Nuclear Power Officer Program and served as a nuclear submarine officer on the USS SKIPJACK (SSN 585).
