David CunninghamDavid Cunningham serves as Vice President and General Manager of Curtiss Wright Flow Control's Marine & Power Products Division, with responsibilities for a wide range of critical service valves, safety equipment, actuators, shipboard helicopter handling systems and specialized structures, as well as both custom-designed and commercial off-the-shelf electronic equipment to the defense and power markets.

Mr. Cunningham has more than 10 years of management experience with United Technologies Corporation companies. Most recently, he was President of Lenel Systems International, a UTC company based in Rochester, NY, and an industry leader in physical security software technology. Prior to that, he spent close to 20 years with Hamilton Sundstrand, a UTC company based in Rockford, Illinois. From an electric power program engineer, he advanced through positions of increasing responsibility before becoming General Manager of Customer Service for The Americas, where he was responsible for managing the relationships with all military and commercial repair customers in North and South America.

Mr. Cunningham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio Northern University, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School. He is a member of the American Management Association.
