David J. Linton serves as president of the Flow Control Segment of the Curtiss-Wright Corporation, overseeing all aspects of the organization’s strategic business mission including development, operations, revenue and customer satisfaction. He is also responsible for directing the global technology strategy which includes cultivating talent, fostering innovation, developing new capabilities and bringing superior technologies to the marketplace.

With more than 26 years experience in the aerospace, defense and technology markets Mr. Linton’s expertise in advanced systems and components as well as his commitment to aggressive growth are respected throughout the industry.

Prior to joining Curtiss-Wright, Mr. Linton served as CEO of Cordiem LLC, an aerospace consortia. Previously, he was vice president and general manager of Electric Systems for Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, a United Technologies Company.

Mr. Linton earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Rockford College. He is active in professional and community activities serving on the Board of Directors for the Valve Manufacturers Association, the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra, and a former board member of Cordiem LLC and
