Coverage Options
Curtiss-Wright Flow Control offers various medical plan options - each with different levels of cost and coverage for employees to choose a level of coverage that best meets their needs. The medical coverage includes a generous prescription drug benefit.
Our dental plan provides flexibility in choosing
any licensed dentist as well as an option to save money by choosing
a dentist in the network. Dental coverage includes preventive,
basic, major and orthodontic services for employees and their
families.
The vision plan covers routine vision care
and correction and offers discounts on frames, contacts and lenses.
The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) offer
a tax-effective way to pay for health care expenses not normally
reimbursed by a health care plan as well as qualifying dependent
care expenses. These plans allow employees to set aside pre-tax
dollars through convenient payroll deductions. Participants are
reimbursed for their health care expenses through a debit card
called the Benny card. Dependent care expenses are reimbursed
by submitting claim forms.
Coverage
We offer a variety of life, accident and other insurance options
to cover employees and their families in the event of an accident,
serious illness, critical injury or death. Benefits vary by location.
Employees have the
opportunity to purchase Long Term Care coverage at group rates.
Long term care insurance provides benefits to cover the daily
charges for long-term care facilities, such as a qualified nursing
facility, an assisted living/residential care facility, and home-or
community-based care. The insurance can be purchased for employees,
their spouse, parents, parents-in-law, grandparents, grandparents-in-law,
adult children and their spouse(s).
The International SOS benefit provides assistance
to employees while they are traveling abroad for business reasons.
Before traveling or while on a trip, employees may contact SOS
for medical and security alerts and warnings, including medical and security evacuations, country reports, medical and security risk ratings, and travel tips.

Across the Company employees earn paid time
off annually for vacation. The vacation policy varies by location.
Each location also has a local schedule of Company paid holidays.
The company provides
employees with opportunities for growth and development by assisting
with higher education costs.
The EAP offers confidential consultation and
counseling services to help employees and their family members
cope with everyday problems. The EAP is available 24 hours a
day, seven days a week.
The Legal Plan is a voluntary benefit for employees
to have a variety of personal legal needs handled by in-network
or out-of-network attorneys.
When a family member dies, those left behind
may need assistance to adjust to their new financial situation.
Survivor Support Financial Counseling provides an important service
for surviving family members of a deceased employee.
We provide scholarships to the eligible children
of our employees. The program was developed to assist families
of employees and help off-set the rising cost of post-secondary
education and promote and reward academic achievement.
