Its capabilities include bimetallic welding, clad welding, overlays, hardsurfacing and high alloy materials.
TapcoEnpro has manufactured and shipped orifice chambers and
double-disc flue gas valves in one piece. TapcoEnpro hydrotreaters
and orifice chambers are designed and manufactured in hot wall
or cold wall configurations. The TapcoEnpro ASME pressure vessel manufacturing shop
currently maintains certifications from the American
Society of Mechanical Engineers and National Board of Boiler
and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.
All products can be manufactured to accommodate cold shell or hot shell design installation with any type of refractory or hardsurfacing. All NDE testing is performed at its facility in accordance with applicable standards.
